My name is Danielle and I am a lifelong learner in the field of education. As an avid reader, you can always find a book, or 6, on my bedside table and the subject of education is one of my favourites.

After graduating from the CMTE Montessori Teacher Training course, I worked at various schools in Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville before founding my own school in Kitchener in 2017.

I am fascinated with how learning happens. I am also passionate about working for a more equitable school system that meets the needs of all students instead of just catering to those who do well sitting at a desk.

I am a mom to two amazing boys who have been among my greatest teachers, especially in the area of neurodiversity. As a result, I have training and experience adapting teaching methods to help neurodiverse learners, with a passion for the benefits of including movement, play and nature exploration in an educational setting.

I am pleased to be offering a new Montessori preschool program in the beautiful city of Barrie, a return to where I spent my highschool years. I look forward to meeting like-minded families and to welcoming them into our little community.
